Formerly an NHS Pay Services Manager, Philip has extensive experience in training staff in the requirements of the NHS Pensions Scheme. Until 1997 he was responsible for the organisation of NHS Pension Scheme training for the Association of Payroll and Superannuation Administrators (APSA). Philip had been employed in the NHS since 1975. Primarily Philip heads up the Training and Support Service based in Rugby.
Andrew was a Treasury Manager in the West Midlands. During a period of 22 years within the NHS he was either working within a pensions department or was managerially responsible. In the early 1990's he was the training co-coordinator for payroll and pensions within the West Midlands Region. He also assisted Philip with the training for APSA. Andrew now heads up Fairway's Payroll and Pension administration service based at Bordesley Hall.
Fairway Training has several staff who previously worked in the NHS and have many years of pension administration experience between them.
