Formed in 1997, Fairway Training Ltd is a leading provider of NHS Pensions Scheme Training and administration. The company was formed by former NHS Payroll/Pensions managers to provide "hands on" training to Primary Care Trusts and GP Practice Staff. It is now an established company and has provided training to GP Practice Managers since GP practice staff were first allowed membership of the NHS Pension Scheme in 1997.

Originally the main thrust of the business was to ensure Practice managers were trained in the complexities of NHS Pension Scheme administration. However we now provide a full range of NHS Pension Scheme related services and have a thriving Payroll Department which processes the payroll for many GP Practices across the country.
