Helpline
This is open to all members participating in the support service, either by
telephone, fax or e-mail. Members can ask for help on any aspect of the Scheme,
or assistance with checking of figures for retirements etc. In addition to the
NHS Pension Scheme issues, the help line will also be able to deal with any
payroll related issues. For details of how to contact the helpline,

Document Library
The library below gives you access to documents produced by Fairway Training
Ltd. Select the appropriate document category to see a list of available
documents. They are listed with the most recent at the top, and may spread over
more than page, so use the numbers at the bottom of the list to move from page
to page. Most documents are in PDF format and you will need Adobe Acrobat to
read them. Acrobat can be downloaded free of charge
