Fairway Training is a leading provider of NHS Pension Scheme training, NHS Pension Scheme administration and GP Practice payroll services.
Formed in April 2000 by former NHS Payroll and Pensions Managers, Fairway quickly established itself as a major provider of NHS Pension Scheme training. In most cases this was delivered to GP Practices as they struggled to get to grips with the complexities of the Scheme and the administration required. As the NHS pension Scheme continues to evolve and now has three Schemes (the 1995, 2008 and 2015 sections) Fairway is still providing “hands on” training which helps keep GP Practices up to date with legislation and the necessary administration.
Fairway Training also to provides an additional range of services including
• Support Service for GP Practices
• NHS Pension administration.
• NHS Payroll and Pension outsourcing.
Since April 2000, Fairway has become well known and respected within the GP Practice community and there has been significant growth in both the Pension administration service and Payroll administration. Over 700 GP Practices are currently using these services and along with the Support Service, there are approximately 2000 GP Practices connected with Fairway Training.
As a result of our work with GP Practices, Fairway Training became a “trusted third party” and secured an NHSnet N3 connection. This resulted in full access to the NHSmail system providing all staff with @nhs.net email addresses and in addition access to NHS Pensions Online (POL).
Formerly based at Bordesley Hall in Alvechurch, a move to Prospect House in Redditch in September 2014 has enabled and will enable the company to continue grow and will ensure that Fairway Training continues to provide a first class service to its clients and customers.
